I went exploring up the mountain and I found a penguin. I played with the penguin and we had fun. I asked the penguin if it would like to come home with me. It said yes so it came home with me.

Cross Country

I was sitting in my house. Then  Miss Davenport came to pick me up. Then I went to the start line. "BANG!" went the clapper and I ran. I went around the field with out stopping. I felt proud of myself.

I have a monster and her name is Row. Her head is shaped like circle and is blue. She has two triangle eyes and they are white. Row is  helpful. She likes to plant flowers.                                                                                                

Remembering Summer Poem

This week I have learnt to use verbs and adjectives to make my writing more interesting.

On Icy winter days,
my feet remember getting burnt on the sand,
my legs remember getting wet in the cold water,
my body remembers rolling across the sand, 
my hands remember grabbing sand, 
my face remembers going under water, 
my mind remembers summer will be back again soon.
